| The club meets at 2:30 p.m. on the first Sunday of every month. (Except for conflicts with a Holiday Weekend) Board of Directors meetings will be announced as scheduled. |

| Meeting Location: Best Western Richmond Suites; 5101 Monkhouse Drive, Shreveport, LA 71109. We have reserved the hotel's meeting facility. The club will provide soft drinks and cookies for the meeting. |
