ARTICLE V

Section 1 - Fiscal Year: The fiscal year shall be from January 1 through December 31 of the same year. Elections
will occur the final month of the fiscal year, with the new Board of Directors to be sworn in at the first meeting of the
new fiscal year by the outgoing President. January of the new fiscal year will be a transition period in that each
outgoing Board Member will be responsible for guiding and helping his/her elected replacement perform his / her
Board duties for this entire first month.

Section 2 - Point Standings: The point standing year shall be from December 1 through November 30 of the next
fiscal year. The point system will be controlled and monitored by the Vice President, who had the final say on
determination and any allowances thereof. Points are awarded as follows:

a) Attending a club meeting…………………………….1 point

b) Driving a Mopar to a club meeting / club event…...1 point

c) Attending a club designated Activity………………..1 point

d) Attending a Cruise Night…………………………….1 point each, up to 3 per month
One point for each cruise in Bossier City-Sonic, Longview-Whataburger and/or Marshall-Eldorado Jack’s.

e) Attending a club Work Activity….............................2 points

f) Attending a club designated Special Activity...........5 points

g) Wearing a purple Club shirt to a meeting / event…1 point

h) Recruit new voting Club member............................2 points

i) Newsletter article or picture published.....................1 point each

Official Club events, wearing apparel, and designated special events shall be determined by the current Board of
Directors, and discussed at the beginning of the new fiscal year. The winner of the most accrued points at the end
of the fiscal year will receive a purple Club jacket with “Ron Delaney High Points Award” labeled over the wearer’s
heart, as well as “Mopar Magic Unlimited Auto Club, Inc.” labeled on the back with all lettering to be done in gold.
The Top Points jacket is provided by the Club.  Board members are not eligible to win the jacket. In the event a
member wins consecutively, the jacket will be passed to the next highest point holder.
